Apple

Channel Producer

2011 - 2018

At Apple, I spearheaded the day-to-day localization and project management of new product introductions, encompassing flagship products such as the iPhone and iPad. I collaborated closely with both local and global creative teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing support of all product campaigns.

My role involved providing culturally relevant consumer insights to enhance marketing campaigns tailored for the Canadian market. I partnered with Partner Marketing Managers to deliver print-ready and web-ready assets to channel partners. Leading a team of creative agency direct reports and managing key vendor relationships were central to my responsibilities. I also worked closely with internal legal and sales teams to ensure compliance and the success of these campaign launches. Additionally, I directed the localization and interpretation of Channel Asset Kit guidelines, facilitating seamless communication with stakeholders and channel partners.

I played a key role in the launches of several prominent products, including the iPhone 4s, iPad 2, iPhone 5, iPad mini, iPad Pro, iPhone 5s and 5c, iPhone 6, Apple Watch, iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, Apple TV, iPhone 7s, and iPhone 8 and iPhone X.

In addition to my project management and localization duties, I conducted seminars on the new San Francisco type family in collaboration with the Geo Marcom team, contributing to the broader understanding and adoption of the typeface across various teams and projects.
